Gentlemen,
I'm good with either of those days. Let's set if for the 12th and if we need to
roll into a second day, we'll have the 13th. Start time 0830, uniform desert
MARPAT. I'm assuming it will be at your courtroom?
Typically I let counsel try to hash out witness/evidence issues before coming
to me. If there are any disputes that can't be resolved, let me know as soon as
possible. Both sides, please provide me with a witness/evidence list NLT 4 Oct.
In order to properly prepare for the investigation, I'd also like to get a copy
of any NCIS or other criminal investigation that was done, I can come by next
week and pick it up.
