RE: Keep fighting - referral
Sure you can but unfortunately he's going to be fighting a tough battle if
he already got the OTH.

Sir,
How are you doing? I'm getting out of the Marines tomorrow and I want you
to know that I read your article in the Marine Corps Times. I have just went
through everything that you have so I know how you feel right now. I had to
deal with this for eight months and because I'm not in the good ole boy
network no one looked out for me or gave me any support. Is sad when you do
so much to try and help people who have no credibility what so ever and then
the people that are supposed to have your back turn their back on you. I
know how you feel and wish you the best. I'm separating tomorrow with a OTH
discharge because of Command influence and allegations that were never
proven. 15 years and not one incident, multiple deployments and I wasn't
given a second chance. But, Marines with less time than us who has never
contributed to anything can get anyway with doing drugs, stealing, and
committing adultery etc.
I was found guilty of fraternization (engaging in inappropriate
conversations with junior Marines) and I'm being kicked out. I'm filing a
complaint with the department of Justice. My case didn't get the exposure
yours did but, if you have any contacts that could help me it would be
greatly appreciated. Take care Sir and I wish you the best.
R/S,
GySgt Price
