You should consider a discharge review petition. From: Nick Phillipowsky
[mailto:nickphillipowsky@gmail.com] Dear Mr.Faraj, I spoke with you a couple of weeks ago about my experience under Colonel
Smith's command. I have come across some new information in regards to Colonel
Smith. I talked to one of the female Marines involved in my case, this is the
same female that Colonel Smith insisted I Sexually Assaulted. Here is the
conversation: Me: What was up with those rape charges? Lauren Stehwien: Idk. The Col, CID, and like my whole command was pushing
for me to say i was raped and that if i did i'd still be in...but obviously i
chose not to. Me: What exactly did they say to you? Lauren Stehwien: That if i said it was rape that i'd stay in. This is what I have found out from her so far, it appears that Colonel Smith
told her that if she claimed that I raped her, then she would be able to stay
in the Marine Corps, but if not she would be discharged. She ended up
withdrawing her statement and changing it, and getting discharged as well. I
strongly feel like something should be done about what Colonel Smith and CID
under her command is doing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated sir. Thank You, Nick Phillipowsky On Apr 5, 2010 1:39 PM, "Nick

wrote: Dear Mr.Faraj, The outcome of my case was forfeiture of $1100, reduction to E-1, and 30
days confinement, which was time served. Also I was forced to waive my admin
sep board and was seperated with an OTH. I did not receive a full final
physical or even a SAAC course prior to seperation. Colonel Smith tried to have
me seperated in a day, and when that did not happen, she then confined me to
the duty hut for 4 days until seperation, having to have an escort to hygiene
or even use the head. She also verbally attacked my family personally while she
spoke to me. There are a lot of details to which I did not disclose in my
letter that I believe you will find very disturbing. Colonel Smith has now
affected my entire life, now I am at home, still 18 years old and unable to
find a decent job due to my other than honorable discharge from the Marine
Corps. Thank You again Mr.Faraj for taking the time to review my story. Thank You,
