I will be arriving at about 1000. I will be prepared to work late if
necessary. You may begin before me but don't interview any of the alleged
victims until I get there. We can deal with who the Government will agree
to produce and deny on Thursday.

Mr. Faraj,
I spoke to LT Ray this morning and we are tracking on our witnesses. There
may be issues with the Government saying some of them are hearsay only and
therefore irrelevant, but as for finding them, the information I sent up
Friday was sufficient.
I proposed to LT Ray that we meet on Thursday in person when you are in town
so that we can hammer out any last minute issues.
Additionally, I am in the process of setting up witness interviews now for
us on Thursday. My funding has been approved to travel, so I will see you
on Thursday for sure.

By COB today I will have the government's witness list to you with contact
information. I recommend that you call the individuals to set up
appointments. To my knowledge, they are all located in Great Lakes, except
for SA Dorion, however I will provide you with a phone number for her.

I just left Navy Locator in Millington, and was able to track down the
information you requested. I am going to ask my secretary to scan and
e-mail the current list of fact witnesses. If you run into any trouble on
these names, please let me know.
Additionally, since Mr. Faraj is coming to Great Lakes on Thursday, we would
like to set up witness interviews for the following: SA Dorion, SA Leamer,
MA-1 Matias, SK1 Nurse, Senior Chief Crisp and SN Eric Brown. For those who
are not local, we can defer those interviews until the Friday before trial,
as we discussed earlier.
