RE: US v Hamama

Title: US v Hamama

Mr. Martin:

My apologies.  I have been consumed with preparing for hearings this week and failed to follow up.  I remain unavailable on March 30th.  When I spoke to Carol she told me that the judge is unavailable on April 1.  I thought you were on the phone with me or I may have been acting based on our conversation earlier in the day.  I believe we agreed to delay the motion until a time when all parties and the Court are available, probably late April and a Trial in late May or early June.

I am currently on the West Coast.  I will be back in Michigan on the 31st of this month.  I will contact you to coordinate review of the documents.

Best,

Haytham Faraj

Mr. Faraj, I haven’t heard anything from the Court or you about rescheduling, so I assume we are on for March 30th at 2:00.  Also, we have received most of the original IIS documents and I can set up a time for you to review them.  Let me know what works for your schedule.
