Coordinating instructions for next week

Good morning Senior Chief,

I will be meeting with some of the witnesses in your case next week on April 12. I plan to begin with you in the morning and then the first witness at 1000. I need you to please meet me in Building 2 at 0830. I should be done with you by 1000. You and I will meet again at the conclusion of all my interviews either that day or the next day. Please begin to put together all your performance evaluations from throughout your career. Go ahead and order your military personnel file if you haven’t already done so. I have attached the investigation against you. Please review it.
