sir I have not recieved any retainer agreement from your office. Sir I am scared by all this. Have you ever won a case like this before? I know that sir from reading on internet about this that it seems so easy to prove even if you don't have anything. Why was it not good? There was one title on only one clip from SSG Phillips computer to my hard drive he put on there only days before they took my items. Its said Lolitta 17 year old with a 15 year old. That is the clip Major Roach and LTC Rice saw. I never downloaded anything to my computer or hard drives since I have been here. I understand they took items but I never gave consent for them to look on my items. They never got a search warrant either only CID did. I don't care what it takes sir. I can't be found guilty of child pornography. I am not a monster. SSG Phillips doesn't think iots anything but I do.
He stated it must have changed hard drives about 6 times before reaching my hard drive. He said he got it in Iraq and was put it on my Hard drive. He changed the title in front of me. It is the only one in question there is nothing else I can think of on my items sir.
