Good afternoon.  As promised, attached please find a copy of the original application signature side.  Please have Haytham sign the ownership side (left side) and Neal if you could please sign the guarantor side (right side).  Then, please drop the document off at the branch and ask the manager to contact me at (540)718-8880 or by email and I will take it from there.  I will also contact you as soon as the money has been transferred to your operating account.  Please note that the account ending in 0750 is the one we will transfer the funds to, and that we will debit the one-time origination fee of $100 from that same account.  Thanks again for banking with us and please contact me if you have any questions.
