It looks great but lease make the following corrections. 1) Remove the
Illinois office address. When Neal returns we will look into renting a real

Subject: Home Page Design Update Draft
Iâve attached a draft mock-up for some fresh ideas and elements we can use
to help the home page (and the sidebar) really stand out and engage the
visitors. Below is a list of the updates and the reasons behind them.
Sidebar
 Weâve used the âpage curlâ elements that appear above the black
footer to create definition around the headers to help tie the design
together and make it feel complete and finished.
 Weâve also removed the vertical line that currently separates the
sidebar and added a bit of whitespace instead. This helps provide a more
clean and professional look.
 Weâve included images for both mini-bios; weâll need to wait on
posting this change until we receive a picture from Haytham. The names and
images will both link to their respective bios. This helps really bring a
human element into the site.
 The office locations are now refined with thumbnails of the
locations from Google Maps. When you click on the thumbnail, we can open up
the map of that location.
 The names in the âAttorneysâ section and the city/states in the
âOffice Locationsâ section will rollover to the blue color we are using
behind the logo.
Main Content Area
 Weâve used both color and some basic typography to help the two
taglines work together and become more readable.
 The two touts below the content showcase important parts of the
site (these can be changed to any other sections as well), and allow the
visitors to link right to them.
 Below the touts, we have added some quick links that help
first-time visitors navigate to sections they might want to go to within the
site. Rather than just list the pages as they are in the menu, we provide a
different description for many of them, such as âLearn more about Puckett &
Farajâ instead of âAboutâ. This is to make the site easy-to-use from the
start.
Please let me know what you like and dislike and we will update this design
and add to the site as necessary.
