The only question I can address is the one about why the deposition was canceled. We do not know. We just know that there will be no separate deposition in the case. We also know that the Huertas and Keefe cases are scheduled for the month of April in Baghdad and the McCabe case is scheduled for May 3rd in Norfolk.
