I did attend Lt. Col Chessani's BOI last Dec to show support for him and his family. It's unbelievable what the Govt is doing to our Marines, and after hearing the witnesses and presentation of evidence at the BOI it's mind boggling that the Govt still wishes to persecute (oops) prosecute Frank Wuterich.
