Yes -- and we have Private Charles Graner to thank for that. I filed
an ex writ on his behalf at ACCA after the DB failed to provide him with the
good time he claimed he was entitled to. ACCA issued a show cause order
and the DoD rolled over (after a couple of months of hand wringing and
enlargements).
