FYI, the version I sent you is the last one I have electronically but was not Ned's final cut. He had forgotten to thank Dolly and expound on her excellent work, so that was added in. Just trying to make sure she doesn't send the guy you mention below down to your office.

I'm not sure what she is expecting, but some are also members of other,
larger Sections that do more newsletters and so she may have just been
grousing b/c she was in a bad mood about something else....I don't know
but I told her assistant that she will be hearing from us soon on our
Spring CLE and that we are a small Section and just do the one CLE in
the Spring and usually 1 newsletter. She was fine, just a little
abrupt.....but that's ok...

believe, after running down any possible objections. Do we know if she

I told her that the Section normally does one newsletter per year, but
you know, if we went to an electronic version of the newsletter, we
could send them out more frequently...should I ask Chris about the
status of the newsletter or it might mean more if it comes from
you...what do you think?
