Good Afternoon,
I wanted to reach out to each of breifly about a TOLL FREE number &
IVR I am setting up. I'm thinking this is a great way to have people
engage further in support.
What are your thoughts about recording a message ? Is there any way
the SEALs would be willing to record a message of appreciation or
thanks -that way when people call in they can for example press 4 and
hear McCabe or Mr Puckett speak in a message etc.
We can also have a line where people can leave a voice message of
support for the SEALs & give you all access to hear them.
I also thought once we have our fundraiser we can use this as a live
line to take donations to their defense fund from people to call into
in addition to the live money bomb defense fund & internet stream from
the event - Scott Taylor & his team had put forth that great idea.
Any thoughts let me know.
Thanks again,
Graham Ware

Thanks for cc'ing me on your email, because I almost forgot to reply. The
27th is actually terrible for me. I am supposed to be in Charleston on the
26th and I have a trial starting on the 29th. The 13th was so much better,
and I already arranged my schedule around that weekend. Anyway you can
still have the fundraiser that weekend?
Sincerely,
Monica

Graham,
Sorry for the tardy reply. Both Matt and I have been incredibly busy. He
just confirmed for me that 27 March is clear for him. I am available, as
well.
Cheers,

Good Afternoon,
I hope this email finds each of you well and that things are going
great in your endeavors.
I needed to follow up with each of you regarding the National
Fundraiser & Support event we are looking to host for the 3 SEALs.
Patriots & Politics: Support the Seals 2010.
This event will be one of importance to not only raise funds for their
defense, but to also allow them the opportunity to have a "weekend
away" in sunny AZ & to see first hand the support of so many
Americans. I am honored that everyone is in agreement & committed to
make this event happen with the clear understanding of its
significance to these SEALs. Reading about support is one thing, but
doesn't have the same impacts as seeing it.
As we have said "if the Administration doesn't want to recognize their
valor & commend their successful service, then we the people will do
it ourselves."
We have an outpouring of people interested in attending & are still
acquiring sponsors to put up the total costs for the event. We were
initially looking to host this event on March 13th, however based on
venue availability, costs, scheduling & now acquiring new parties
(Keefe & Huertas Defense Counsel etc) we will be extending the date
and needed to ask each of you if March 27th would be a good weekend as
we want to firmly set a date according to everyones availability. So
please confirm with your clients and or associates and let me know as
soon as possible. Its not a matter of if, so much as when.
We will be providing the necessary accommodations to the SEALs & their
defense counsel & feel this will give everyone enough time to plan
this accordingly. I think there was an initial push to make this
event happen very quickly, but I want to ensure everyone is available
to attend as we will be working hard to make this event one that is
special for each of you & the SEALs attending.
I should state that we aren't going to pressure nor ask any of the
SEALs to speak or anything of that nature. Really its more of a
relaxed reception like party with live music and honorary guests such
as Scott Taylor, Eric Wnuck, Patrick Robinson (who wrote Lone
Survivor) and many others including professional athletes etc. If any
of the Attorneys would like to consider speaking on behalf of the
SEALs and or to further emphasize/educate those in attendance about
the case that would be wonderful.
I thank each you again for all of your steadfast efforts & dedications
to help bring this event to life. We will make a difference and I am
honored to be a part of that along with each of you.
Thanks again and all the very best,
Graham Ware

Graham,
I received your email address from Rachel at Maritime
Tactical. Thank you for spearheading this event. As Rachel may have told
you, my client, Julio Huertas, would like me to go on his behalf, but he
cannot knowingly jeopardize his future by making a public appearance of this
nature while still an active SEAL.
I understand that the location of the event has changed, do
you have any more information on where this will be held, and what you would
like me to do? I will have a statement from Julio to present, but I am not
sure what type of forum the fundraiser is going to be, so any amplifying
information would be appreciated.
Thanks,
