Looks like we have a fiscal language barrier between Marines and

It is not legal to use FY08 funds for any portion of the travel that  
occurs FY09.

If you can do the orders in DTS, do so.  I can't.

You do not need to two lines of accounting.  You can just use FY08 for the

I don't have DTS orders because the orders I had were cancelled:  they could
not be changed.

I need 2 fund cite cross-org tags:  FY08 and FY09.

I will be out of the office part of Monday and all day Thurs and Fri next
week, so this must get resolved quickly.

Col Jones:  please note the problems with this travel that involves 2 fiscal
years.  The longer we wait, the more likely I will have difficulty getting
there.  Would it be wise to let Judge Oliver know?
