Mr. Plude,

TC is fine with this email serving as a substitute for the docketing
conference.

Does the defense agree w/proposed trial date of 22 - 24 Oct? If so,
I'll need to see if I can find a judge as there are no Western Region
judges currently available that week. The Uniform Rules of Practice
before Air Force Courts-Martial require that I conduct a docketing
conference if an agreed trial date is more than 30 days after the
service date (as is the case here). However, if the parties are
amenable to this email exchange serving as a substitute for the required
docketing conference, I'll docket the trial w/o further ado, provided I
can find a judge. Let me know if both sides agree. Otherwise, I want
to do a docketing conference either this afternoon or tomorrow to set a
trial date.
