Atlee, Neal is still in Japan, and we will get the two partners together
on 8 October in California, to sign (w/notary) the line of credit, and
then FedEx it back to you.
In the meantime, we have a possible client from Lebanon who is in the
process of suing US commercial theme park developers. He was contracted
by US companies to assist in the development deal and we believe he has
a strong case. The question for you is whether or not Chevy Chase would
consider working with this client in providing him a loan, based on the
recovery from litigation. The amount of a loan he is seeking is from
600K-$1M. Does Chevy Chase do these types of loans? If not, can you
recommend an institution that does?
