   Don:   So far the prosecution's case that SSgt. Frank Wuterich went on a 
killing spree outside of his training is being proved implausible!!!   The 
Gov't. prosecutors are hard pressed to come up with any evidence that 
Wuterich did anything but follow orders, ROEs and training...    Courtroom
