Sir, I've removed you from my distro list, but kept you in the contact program for official business. Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I'll also check for Lt Col Sullivan and Maj Plowman to do the same.
Respectfully,
Marcy

	Ma'am,

Good morning, my name is Major Nick Gannon, USMC. I am government counsel in the case of U.S. v. Staff Sergeant Frank Wuterich. Mr. Puckett and Mr. Faraj represent Staff Sergeant Wuterich. As I am opposing counsel on a case involving your firm, I wanted to inform you that I received the attached email last night. I am not sure that I was an intended recipient, however, just in case I ended up on a distribution list inadvertently, I wanted to bring this to your attention immediately so as to prevent any traffic from coming my way that was not intended by your firm to be distributed to opposing counsel.

While I am happy to receive updates on Mr. Puckett's and Mr. Faraj's considerable efforts in zealously advocating for their clients, perhaps it would be best to remove me from the distribution list so as to prevent the transmission of any communication not intended for opposing counsel.

Best of luck at the rally.

	Very respectfully submitted,
	Major Gannon

Haytham Faraj and Neal Puckett will be attending a rally with their client SO2 Matthew McCabe outside the Capital in the House Triangle, Thursday 4 March, 3PM. Congressman Burton & Rohrabacher will call for the exoneration of the three Navy SEALs. FOX and CNN are covering it live.

	Respectfully,
	Marcy
