Dear Colleagues,
Please join us for the Annual Conference of the Israel Bar Association in Eilat, Israel, May 30 – June 2, 2010. Through a special arrangement, the ABA Section of International Law will be offering CLE programming on the following topics:
· Issues Arising in the Resolution of US-Israeli Business Disputes
· Extraterritorial application of employment law
· Israel-US high tech business issues: corporate/IP -licensing/export controls
· US-Israel transnational investment; with a focus on cross-border real estate transactions
· Private wealth/tax planning: Israel/US/Europe
· Oil and gas development in Israel
This Conference offers a unique forum for ABA members to meet colleagues from all over the world. Other programming highlights include the option of registering for non-ABA sessions at the Annual Conference of the Israel Bar (simultaneous translation into English will be provided for at least one session in each time slot). The conference is in a magnificent venue – the resort town of Eilat, on the Red Sea -- which is a choice holiday destination for travelers from all over the world. A pre-conference excursion tour to Jerusalem proceeding by bus through the Negev to Eilat is also being offered. There will also be additional day-trips and excursions during and following the conference (details to follow on the website very soon).
