RE: FOIA requests for Toufeilly and Sallaum Group
How worried is the client? Maybe we should just start with the FBI file and the Immigration file and see what comes up and then ask for the CFB file if he is worried about repraisal. I am not experienced with these three agencies - do you know how likely repraisal would be if he is represented by an attorney?? Anyway, I will work on rewording requests and send them back for you to take one more look before I send, plus you will need to sign off. SInce the client is in this area, do you want me to mail/email him the forms for signature once they're in final? mary Jo
