Re: Detroit Crime Lab Scandals

I'm in!  And let me know if you ever get one of these state cases.  I got a bank of info for you on how they wiggle out of this post-conviction rule under MCR 6.500.

I am looking forward to reading these. We should try to collaborate. I am involved in civil rights and civil liberties work as well and fighting government prosecutors intent on turning this country into a penal colony.

Not to overwhelm you, but I wanted to send you a copy of a transcript of my speech at the June 17, 2011 protest in front of the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office over the fate of many wrongfully convicted people based on scandals involving police misconduct at the crime lab.  The prosecutor and police officials knowingly prosecuted cases involving faulty and falsified forensics evidence to secure convictions of many innocent defendants over the years.  A video of the protest is still on Youtube, I believe.  If you ever come across any crime lab cases in Wayne County and want some advice or thoughts, please let me know, Haytham.
