Haytham, is it illegal or a litigation event for someone to forward my email to another person who was not the intended recipient? another legal question; my Aunts friend (85 year old lady) was a physical therapy class and an instructor had her do a movement she was uncomfortable doing (she has well documented balance issues) and in this class (ironically called "balance class") she fell and severely hurt her hip, and has not been the same since. Is that a case you / your firm would take on a contingency basis? She lives in Oceanside and it happened in a CA hospital. One Source. Global Solutions.
