i just received this letter from state of michigan . judge michael warren. issued oct 17
plaintiff is : oakland county reinbersement and social nb or fe nb: 38-6004876
its a request and writ for garnishment ( income tax refund/credit)
its a judgment for $ 2,792.14 .
i have 14 days to file an objection....
i don't understand . i made a payment of 400 3 weeks ago and i was only behind couple payments. ..
I don't owe the state anything. I owe his gf and I think shes sueing me . .can they do that?
ps: I received your letter that you are officially off the case . but I cant do this alone. can u help?
