Hi Haytham. Finally got new email set up. Please note that there is now a “1” after “maryjo” and all else is the same. I had sent you an email using the old address, which I think may not have gone through. On the Wolford matter, I did receive the denial letter, which I have now reviewed, but I do not have an attachment with the remaining documents you referred to. Do you have those documents, and can you send them again or do I need to go somewhere else to access them? Also, I do not see a reference to a trust in the denial letter. Is the FOF&N company the issue here? I see that you have put a note in the margin about getting Lisa’s timesheets for the CSSS as an exhibit, but would it solve the problem to simply state and document that Lisa does not do any of the work for the real estate company? |
