So the claim that they do not have a resume is flat wrong. The pursuit of information about the trust is unwarranted. Ms. Wolford has a revocable trust in the name of her children. The VA has no reason to ask for information about that. The Trust vests upon the death Ms. Wolford. That has no impact on the company during her lifetime. I request that you please: 1. Review the applicable CFR 2. Review the last petition and evidence in support of the petition sent by Ms. Wolford. I will request that from her and forward it to you. 3. Prepare a response and evidence in support of the response that addresses the point raised in the letter. I recommend that you challenge the request for information about the Trust as irrelevant. I will speak to the client about this. I believe that she is willing to provide the information to ensure that her company gets relisted.
