Sure. Agree. I'll tell Bethany to get back him and ask him for $150 for a full review/consultation. That should tell us something. If he pays, can you handle it? Neal A. My intent is to review, challenge, and overturn a recent BCNR finding, then gain relief from significant losses. My 'discovery' of injustice occurred September 2010. The Board, in April 2011, as did the entity pinged by BCNR, HQMC (RA), either missed or disregarded key material pieces of evidence. The Board, instead, relied on HQMC (RA) opinion not germane to multiple issues that compelled my BCNR. To resolve, I first spoke with a retired Marine 06 JAG out of Florida; then met with Scott, via a mutual associate, Pete Collins. The first agreed that the Board was mis-directed and likely distracted but not hopeful as, once decided, a BCNR finding is rarely overturned. Before visiting over the phone I've attached here the outline of my original 'statement' for your review. If this is something we may be able to act on I'd would like to schedule a preliminary consultation. I'll then send a complete copy of all correspondence associated with this BCNR package. If not I'd appreciate it if you would redirect me to someone with this type of skill. In either case, I would like to briefly meet over the phone later this week or a suitable date soon thereafter. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Tom Sakievich LtCol USMC (ret) Spanish Fork, Utah |
