SSgt Lopez,

I just wanted to give you a heads up.  I talked to the government counsel today and they said that the response from the OCS CO and XO is that from now on they're going to be harsh with everyone and not allow any straying from the SOP at all.  

So, if you're considering sticking around for another cycle or two, you may want to keep that in mind.  Like you said, you want to be able to focus on training candidates, not constantly looking out for SOP violations by your peers.

Let me know if you decide to PCS or stay in Academics or anything else.
