We had trouble here as well with the audio. We (me and the chief legal
administrator)have been trying to get our tech people to install a
program on our computers in this office, but it just won't work. I will
have to task out my paralegal to do it from the courtroom and I would
estimate about 2 weeks. The good news is that equipment in there should
have the best audio.
Next week I will be at Lewis for the 119 case I have with Mr. Montalvo,

The 32 audio CD sent to me has a poor a quality. There is a rhythmic
fading of voices that occurs every second or so. It is difficult to
comprehend. I hope that the original is better quality than this. When
do you think the transcript will be compete?
