RE: US v. Rowe - Art 32

Haytham,

I've had all the relevant e-mail traffic, investigation excerpts, and other misc item involving Klay copied and scanned. I'll be sending them to LtCol Bracknell as soon as I am able (I've got an ADSEP board this morning) unless you would like to look them over first. As we discussed a few days ago, some of these documents may be more relevant and more helpful than others, but I'm sure LtCol Bracknell can sort out the wheat from the chaff.

Hey Matt,
If you have the evidence we discussed please submit it. If you don't then
let LtCol Bracknell know that we have nothing further to submit. Thank you.

As soon as I get a status update from defense, I will set a deadline to
close the investigation. If you get heat from the C/A, I'm available at his
convenience to explain the delay to him or his SJA.

Sir,
The CA has inquired as to the status of the Art 32 hearing. I told him
that it was still open pending additional information provided by the
defense. I have not seen anything provided by defense, nor has there been a
suspense date provided. I would like to know what your drop-dead date is
going to be so that I can inform the CA when his investigation will be
closed.
Respectfully,
