RE: Draft 5 and Appendix
I wonder if what Keller means is that Gannon wasn't on the same site visit Vokey was on. I don't think he was. But we didn't say he was.

Also, Maj Liebenguth was in Haditha in 2006-07, and remembers personally seeing Gannon there. And I guess someone could just call Gannon and ask him when it comes down to it.
