met with my client and I am afraid we should probably get this on the Court’s
calendar. Regretfully, I am very booked into next year and I am in no
position to block out two straight weeks for this jury trial and preparation
for same. If
it were to be tried by the Court we could probably fit it in sooner by hearing
several days in one week, and another three days over the next several
weeks. Of course, no one wants to do this with a jury. Give
me a call at your convenience so we can compare calendars. I have
requested “bad dates” from my witnesses and should be in a position
to talk on Wednesday or Thursday if that is convenient with you. Very
