Chris, All I wanted to find out is: (1) Is the conviction (as it stands today) a "federal" conviction or a "felony" conviction? *Reason: I am trying to volunteer at Veterans Village San Diego (VVSD) as a veteran mentor for individuals who are in the SD County Court process and have been diagnosed with PTSD/TBI.
