There are other possible areas of inquiry, depending on the nature and scope of any defense character case:

- taking up-skirt photos of women at a 2006 Halloween party and posting those photos on the internet 
- Lifting Tara Aguilar by her buttocks at a law school function
- Grabbing Sam Adib's upper thigh at a party
- Arguing with his female OIC on 13th MEU in front of enlisted Marines
- Reminding Joe Gorman that he didn't have sex with Brooder after finding out that NCIS was investigating.
- Asking Joseph Gorman and Alex Lowder to tell Nicole Cusack not to talk to anybody about the New Orleans case in spring 2008.
- In Spring 2007, getting drunk, telling a female law school classmate that she only did well in a moot court competition because she was an attractive female, and then driving a vehicle while visibly intoxicated.
- Referring to all of the women present at a law school function collectively as "sluts" to a male classmate

Whether the government intends to get into any or all of those areas depends on what type of evidence the defense puts on (military character, peacefulness, law-abidingness, etc) and what time frame the defense intends their character witnesses to cover.
