Good Morning Sir,

There are several other possible areas, depending on the nature and scope of the defense character case:

- taking up-skirt photos of women at a Halloween party in 2006 and subsequently posting the same pictures on the internet
- Lifting Tara Aguilar by her buttocks at law school function
- Grabbing Sam Adib's upper thigh at a party
- Arguing with his female OIC (then-Maj Garrity) in front of enlisted Marines
- Reminding Joe Gorman that he didn't have sex with Brooder after finding out that NCIS was investigating.
- Asking Gorman and Lowder to ask Cusack not to talk to anybody in spring 2008.
- Getting in a fight in college 
- In spring 2007, getting drunk, telling a female classmate that she only did well in a moot court competition because she was an attractive girl, and then driving home while visibly intoxicated.
- Referring to all the women present at a law school function collectively as "sluts" to a male classmate.

To be clear, the government is not necessarily going to get into all of these areas. The extent to which we do depends mainly on what kind of character case the defense presents, and what doors are opened for what timeframes.
