Re: Amazon issues



I don't know either.  They certainly didn't meet the guidelines of the guarantee, but they did get me my money back on this one.  I almost wonder if "the squeaky wheel" isn't being attended to.  If their software was working correctly then I should have had the refund within 24 hours of the release date, not a week later.

I have four examples from between 9/28/10 and 12/28/10 that I got them to refund the errors.  I currently have fourteen outstanding orders with them.  Seven of those have had price changes since I placed the orders.

Let me know what you'd like to do.  I don't know if this takes away from anything else that you all are working on.
