FW: Lawsuit

Rgr. He was publishing anonymously on that site, Quatto Zone. When they started the attacks, I revealed who he was and that Quatto Zone Sholtis. Sholtis seemed to panic; took it down after maybe 3O mins. Kept his site down until after McChrystal was fired, then republished starting with the Crazy Monkey story.

Mark --

Will lay off the emails but I think this last one is important to show there are at least three legs in this case.  LTC Tadd Sholtis posted this on his website:

"Because I failed to remember the lesson from The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance and helped bloggers print the truth rather than the legend, I became part of the vast anti-Yon milblogging conspiracy and had to be punished when the opportunity arose."

Jim Hansen and LTC Sholtis admit separately that there was a conspiracy; Hansen writes just now that Sholtis was only a pawn and it goes up higher.

Would like to name US Army, or whomever is appropriate in this case.

Michael

Mark,

Am very interested in suing someone for defamation.  All is demonstrable.  However, don't think I need a super-charged attorney like you (with supercharged prices); can you recommend someone who you think can do the job?
