Subject: RE: Audiovisual Mike, Since you didn’t call, they proposed the following settlement. 10k if you pay within 30 days plus costs and attorney’s fees; 50% of the total amount due payable in installments over a 6 months period plus costs and attorneys fees; 100% of the amount due paid over 12 months plus costs and attorney’s fees. I recommend you pay the 10k within 30 days. Extending the time out will run up the attorney fees not to mention you would be paying more.
