Gentlemen,
Please be prepared to travel to Detroit this Sunday. I was notified by the
Government today that they expect to wrap their case up by this Friday or
Monday at the latest. That means that we will start the defense case on
Monday evening at the latest. You may plan to return home on Tuesday
afternoon.
I spoke with the U.S. marshal Service today. The subpoenas have already been
delivered to the Mississippi office. They should be coordinating you travel.
