Re: Another example

We'll see when they send the e-mail saying how much I saved as to whether or not they're honoring the price guarantee. I think that they'll honor the $15.87 price, since the item is at that price currently. It's when the price is listed higher than the lowest price when it ships that I think is where the issue lies. There is also the fact that they don't show the lowest price in your "My Account" page that's a big part of the issue here. They guarantee that the price reflected in your "My Account" page will be the lowest price within 24 hours of the price change. If it's not reflected there then how would you know unless you track it? That and I have examples of the price going back up and the lowest price not being honored.

Now I am a bit more confused. I now have a gift balance of $0.90 in my account. No mention of why. The Red Harvest receipt on the "My Account" page doesn't show any refunds. The difference between what was paid ($16.92) and what should have been charged ($15.87) that should be refunded is $1.05. Looking back at my order receipt e-mail, when I originally placed the order the book was $17.82. The "My Account" page only shows $16.92 being paid by gift certificate and being the total price of the order. It was paid in full for some time now. The $0.90 is probably for the difference there, but that amount is not correctly reflected on the "My Account" page. The page shows that the total paid was $16.92. Their site has more issues than I can keep track of...

So I should still be receiving an e-mail for a savings of $1.05 in addition to the $0.90 they refunded when it shipped, even though they didn't show the original price any more... This gets so confusing.

I'll let you know when I receive the e-mail.

Thanks,
Erik
