Subject: Cynowa v. CSSS, et al. -- trial date

Lisa and Bill,

At this morning’s hearing, the Court set a trial date of March 14, 2011.  As a result, you need to set aside the entire week of March 14-18.  It is conceivable, though not likely, that the trial could go into the following week, so you should keep yourself available and flexible the following week as well, just in case.  You should also be prepared to meet with us in the days before trial.  We will firm up preparation dates with you in the coming weeks.  In the meantime, please let me know about any limitations to your schedule during the first two weeks of March as soon as you are able to do so.

Kevin
