I have earned all funds in the client trust accounts except those of Wilridge and Ochoa (will be earned next week).
Wilridge is Hourly; I cannot move any of the money without billing data (3356.45 - needs an audit to makes sure this is correct). Burden is hourly, I cannot move any money without billing data ($1835).
I am done with Brito, Esparaza, Natividad, Parish (no action and no funds received) and Wylde
Brito still owes $6K will move the balance I have now ($6K) when I get the rest. Did you say Natividad was on a 3d contract - BCNR, or has that not happened yet?
Wylde Still owes 3639.41 - all of the other funds have been earned. Ochoa’s Article 32 will take place next week. Rowe’s NJP already occurred and we are now entitled to move the funds to our operating account if we chose. Vega’s matter will settle through an NJP probably next week. In any case I have made several appearance at hearings and we may move the funds over anyway. Wofford: Mariam has done countless hours on Wofford tracking witnesses and I’ve talked to many of them. Her fee is also earned and may be moved to our operating account based on the number of hours I’ve expended on her case.
Ochoa - can move the 8500 but he still owes 1500. Rowe's $$ was moved today see the EARNED column on the spread sheet Vega - will move his 10K tomorrow Wofford's $$ has been moved, except for the fee she still owes and the expenses she still owes.
