Long story but I will back brief when I get back. More importantly I was able to meet a young lady who works for one of the top law firms in Dubai. To put that into context Hashimy has a contract default of an estimated 750k and that was said to fall below their threshold requirement. I met with the managing partner today to discuss a strategic partnership. He was very excited and interested. In factâas luck would have it they have been searching for a US partner. They had apparently been dealing with a top New York firm who apparently just folded which created some significant issues for them as it related to clients. I indicated that we had an interest in growing our practice. They are apparently having a meeting in Australia with strategic partners from around the world to focus on this very issue. He requested some information about the firm and is interested in our attendance. Their entry level billable rate is 650 an hour. They liked the idea that we were focused on a federal practice and a small committed firm focused on quality and customer service. I proffered that our model provides us the flexibility and agility to resolve issues as they present themselves. I suppose I am rambling onâbut I believe there is a real opportunity to grab some accounts that will be valued in the millions of dollars and either internalize the work or enter into more formal referral arrangements with firms that can provide access to the required competencies such as Jackson and Campbell.
