RE: Issue to be researched

Haytham,

I'm not having any luck with my search, I have tried a plethora of searches and I am not finding any case law on "if the convening authority engaging in UCI by allowing the detailed defense counsel to leave while keeping the prosecution team intact."

I have tried using both natural language searches and terms & connector searches.

I ran the following searches and variations of each and came up with nothing.

unlawful command influence & loss of counsel
convening authority interference with defense counsel
convening authority, UCI, government special treatment
improper severance of relationship by government, UCI
UCI, government preferential treatment, convening authority

Can you suggest any other language that may improve my results?

I apologize that this is taking so long, but I am not finding anything relevant to the search you requested. Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Bethany
