I will go ahead and agree to the $600 per month for one year if both you and Dr. Al-Saedi are still interested. 

 

If things work out for you in that location, we can look at an extension at that point.  I will be unable depending on the amount of the window replacement to replace them now.  As with Dr. Al-Saedi, the place would be as-is with you obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy and lease start date on November, 1st.

I am still in DC.  I should return this weekend.  Iâll contact my friend and see what he can do.  I am interested but at the rate Dr. Al-Saedi discussed.  I already have access to an improved space in a very nice building for less than $600.  The space is not as large as what youâre offering but it includes two offices, a conference room, storage room and reception area which is sufficient for my needs.  If you are able to accept $600 per month we may have an agreement.
