Please change the language in your offer for the following paragraphs: -- paragraph 1 to read "referred on 7 September 2010" as the charges referred on 19 July 2010 were withdrawn and referred on 7 September 2010. -- paragraph 9 to read "MILPERSMAN 1910-142" as that is the governing section for mandatory processing for commission of a serious offense. Anything you submit will be considered by the CA, but I ask in my capacity as the SJA that you go back to your client and see if she is willing to plead guilty to the charges you propose as they are written with the exceptions and substitutions for the victim(s) only, but without the exceptions as to her conduct that gave rise to the charges.
