I think it should be noted:

Col Kurt Brubaker and Maj Alison Daly (SJA, Deputy SJA, 3d MAW) may have been involved in the transfer (Maj Daly made comments to someone about how the case was "likely" to get re-preferred). There may have been discussions with MajGen Conant and other JAs on the matter.

LtCol Sullivan was on the case until just recently, Maj Hatch wasn't "officially" on the case before LtCol Sullivan left, except in an advisory capacity as MJO.

Bruce White (Col, USMC, ret. (SJA at MCRD prior to Col Smith)) was the first SJA to deal with this matter.

The other Capt "Christian" _____ (can't remember his last name--former JA at MCRD, now instructor at NJS) was the one who submitted the paperwork to put my name in the Black Book (ODM).

Major Samuel Jackson was also likely involved in conversations regarding UCI and transfer as Maj Blalock delivered LtCol Bond's email to him.

My mom sent a CONGRINT off on 23 Nov 09, with my permission, to Congressman Jay Inslee's office (along with the two Senators). See attached. I don't have all the enclosures readily available.
