Have her give you her EO complaint. It's an interesting read. There appears to be some serious misconduct by the CMC and some of the other Chiefs at the top. I believe her allegations because the same kind of misconduct took place in Natividad's case. That doesn't mean that I don't think NJP is a good deal, but it makes the Government going forward difficult. If this case goes to trial I will have a reporter from Navy Times in the audience during the portion when we go into the misconduct of the CMC and the command's oppressive tactics.
