Note that Cathy McLennon is named in this 9th District appellate case. She has testified in just about every child abuse case I've had.
I believe that we have asked for her stuff before. Whenever she was asked if she had ever testified for the defense, she always responded, "No. I've never been asked." I believe that this was taken care of when Capt Grimm asked her to assist us in a case and she never called him back.
You guys are the attorneys but this may have an effect on some military appeals.
