This may be a crazy idea; but would the Afghan client looking
for deal flow with DESC, pay retainer to 3DGS which would flow to Diwan to cover
DC office expense? Still looking to crack that nut. Fee could even be deducted
from success fees paid along contract performance, almost like a draw against
future commissions. Just a thought!! Otherwise, we have product avail and of
course DESC contracts avail, issue is local Afghan delivery partner.
